Ventana maintains a Customer
Care Center that handles customer orders and returns. Our
Customer Care Executives can also assist you with questions
regarding your billing.
Ordering Products
Orders may be placed by phone. Our hours of operation are 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
(Arizona time*.)
Please call toll-free
1-800-227-2155, and follow the prompts to Customer Care.
Note – Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Arizona time*) will be processed
the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (Arizona time*) will be processed
the next business day.

Returning Products
Products may be returned by calling 1-800-227-2155. Press the prompt for Technical Customer Care, and give them the product information. Customer Care will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for each product return and give instructions on how to return the item(s). Products must be received by Ventana within thirty days from the issuance of the RMA number.
Please note: No return credit will be given for service parts, and no credit will be issued for incorrect customer orders due to incorrect quantity or incorrect part number ordered.
* Note Arizona Time is the same as Mountain Standard Time for part of the year and Pacific Standard Time for part of the year, due to the fact that we do not observe day light savings.
