Ventana’s Technical Consultation Center (TCC) is staffed with highly skilled technical support personnel who are certified Histologists, Instrumentation Specialists, and Software Technicians. Our certified Histologists undergo continual training and recertification on all aspects of clinical and research histology.
Our Instrumentation and Software Technicians are trained extensively on the
operation, repair and maintenance of all Ventana product lines and maintain
proficiency through regular field service repair, and maintenance activities.

Field Service Support
Ventana maintains a staff of Field Service Engineers and Authorized
Service Contractors located throughout the United States and Canada. Our FSEs
and Service Contractors undergo comprehensive instrument training in the installation,
repair, and maintenance of Ventana products.
Our highly-skilled team of FSE’s are dispatched to your site, when necessary,
through the Technical Consultation Center for repair and maintenance of your
Ventana instrumentation.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
For all Ventana Stainer (ES, NexES, Special Stains, BenchMark, BenchMark XT, Techmate) instrumentation,
a preventative maintenance (PM) check must be performed every 6,000 slides run or
12 months, whichever occurs first, to ensure your instrument is operating at
peak staining performance. As part of our PM check, the Field Service Engineer
will complete and leave with you a comprehensive PM Checklist that can be used
as your verification a PM has been completed as per our recommended schedule.
Regular PM checks are part of the VIP Service Agreement Coverage Plans and can
be purchased at special rates for Warranty and Non-warranty Customers.
