CONFIRM anti-EGFR (3C6) is a mouse monoclonal antibody that reacts with the extracellular domain of human EGFR, a protein of 170Kd, and recognizes both wild type and type III variant EGFR. This antibody has been shown to not cross react with HER-2, HER-3, and HER-4.
